Information in your enquiry
The enquiry form requests your name, email, optional phone number, service interest, message and optional preferred consultation time. The quote form also includes selected services and an illustrative estimate. Information is used to respond and discuss a potential engagement.
How requests are delivered
On the configured Netlify deployment, forms are processed by the hosting provider. In a local preview or another host without form processing, submitting opens your email app and you must send the message yourself. Do not include sensitive financial or identity documents.
Use, sharing and retention
Enquiries are intended for responding to requests and arranging services. Access should be restricted to the people handling them. Before launch, the firm must confirm its lawful bases, processors, retention periods, any international transfers and safeguards. Client records are governed by the engagement and final privacy notice.
Your rights
You may contact the firm to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and portability where applicable. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and external resources
This package contains no enabled analytics or advertising tags. Cookie preferences are stored in your browser. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives connection information. Any tracking added later must be reflected in this notice and appropriately configured.
